Green Sands Subdivision (subdivision map)

This subdivision is located off of Ka'alu'alu Road (county roadway) in Waiohinu near the 65 mile marker near Waiohinu Park. Click to see full image.Lot sizes vary from 12,000 to 15,000 square feet some of which have views of the ocean and Waiohinu Hills. 

As with Mark Twain Estates, municipal water may be available, but many residents use catchment systems due to costs associated with hooking up to county water. It is a short drive to a public county water dispensing station.

The roadways are graded but unpaved, CC&Rs are minimal and it is located in Lava zone 6.
